How to maintain the used machines?

1.To clean and tidy fully when machines arrived in our yard.

2.To disassemble the spare parts.(sheet metal for small defects, replace big defects by new one)

3.To inspect the engine whether it can be up to the factory original standards,to inspect the hydraulic pumps whether it can be up to the standards,to inspect the rotatory pump and walking pumps whether there are more abrasions.(we will change into factory origin ones if not up to the standards)

4.To inspect the distribution valve elements whether worn out or not.(we will repair the slightly worn-out parts,and change into factory original ones if worn-out heavily)

5.To inspect the big arm, middle arm,small arm and rotatory/walking signals  working or not.(we will be sure to change the factory original one if problems on these parts)

6.To inspect the water tank whether it is high-temperatured.(this will be done by brand senior engineer)

7.To inspect the fuel tank whether it is high-temperatured.(this will be done by brand senior engineer)

8.To inspect the machines oil-leaking or not.(we will take actions immediately)

9.To replace and assembly the spare parts into whole machine.

10.To inspect the AC,monitor,flash-lighting,windshield wiper,radio and electronic elements working or not.

11.To replace all the hydraulic oil/engine oil/gear oil and air filters/diesel filters/oil filters.

12.To make the final cleaning and disinfection before shipment.
